I offer training programmes for organisations and individuals in the following areas:

• Coaching skills for managers
• Business planning for small businesses
• Business cash flow forecasting using Microsoft Excel

These programmes are designed to teach specific skills in an interesting and enjoyable way. The emphasis is on the participants learning by doing, with carefully selected exercises allowing them to practice the particular tools and techniques taught at each stage before moving on.

Recent training clients have included the Creative Pioneer and Starter for Six programmes run by NESTA  and the Start business support programme run by Milton Keynes council.

I am happy to tailor the content of a course to suit the client’s individual needs.
